Product delivered faulty. They want me to pay £7.99 to return. I explained that it works when plugged into mains, however not on battery power. I offered to buy another so I am not without it now I’ve started course. Kate Louise insisted on fee to return or except repair. She explained that’s the best she could offer. I asked if I could speak to a manager. She said she would put in a request and said takes 48 hrs for a call back. I think this is very poor service. What do you think?

have just received my revitive medic great service the delivery was very quick only 2 days and ordered on sunday not used it yet so cant comment on use yet

My experience was very good.After answering some questions regarding myself and my health. I then received a email explaining which Revitive would benefit me the most. Excellent service.

My wife rates the revitive quite highly and feels better after using it, however we bought one to try and relieve the swelling in her feet but to date no results have occurred regarding that.

My adapter plug got damaged, easy to order a replacement online , a good price and the correct fit, there are similar products available from other sources but turn out to be more expensive so, correct fitting item from the maker and cheaper than others - What more do you want!

Love my revitive and was most upset to discover the adaptor lead and been accidentally damaged. As I am awaiting a replacement knee I found over the last 4 years I have lost muscle mass to the right calf due to the injury I suffered. Revitive helps me enormously and is helping rebuild the wasted muscle. I walk better and have less resting pain at night! Here's hoping I get onto the waiting list soon & eventually get my new knee. Cheers for a speedy service at a great price for the replacement adaptor.
